Contribute to three distinct projects investigating how copy number variations (CNVs) influence neuronal development, how CNV patterns shift in neurodevelopmental disorders, and how single-nucleotide variation (SNV) patterns differ between the brain and the heart• Conduct single-cell whole genome sequencing on primary human frozen brain tissue using Tn5-based amplification to analyze CNV patterns and compare tissue-specific SNV profiles between brain and heart• Perform immunostaining, flow cytometry, and single-cell whole genome sequencing (NGS) library preparation• Collaborate across teams while gaining insight into the translation of genetic discoveries for rare neurological disease diagnostics
