Assist Talent Acquisition team by gathering, processing, and maintaining new hire paperwork files to ensure compliance.\\\\n• Resume/JD formatting in MS Word.\\\\n• Prepare offer letters.\\\\n• Work closely with recruiters on each hire to maintain candidate files and be the point of contact to finalize all necessary paperwork in the new hire files in iCIMS and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.\\\\n• Close out roles in ICIMS, send Iforms, enter offer details, and send the email out to Team/HR partners that the candidate has been hired, and then enter into ADP.\\\\n• Work in Applicant Tracking System to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidates, and retrieve data.\\\\n• Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
