Prepare Estimates for Civil works on a Tunnel Project. Worked as a Estimation team member on multiple tunnel bids, and carried out estimates. Worked on Estimate with historical data. Also, worked on Pre-Qualification submissions to the Regions. Blueprint reading, specification reading, and Quantity Takeoff using Bluebeam, and AutoCAD. Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers, for quotes. Played the role as a liaising person with 25+ sub-contractors, on each bid and obtained quotes. Handling meetings with sub-contractors and explaining the bid requirements. Prepare Estimate on In-Eight (Hard-Dollar) Estimating software tool and prepared schedules with Primavera P6. Coordinate with the internal teams like the Engineering team for design requirements and the Projects team for Productions. Presenting the Estimate on the bid review to the Management team.
