Lead psychometrician in the high-stakes multistage computerized adaptive testing context. I lead operational assessment programs and ensure that these programs employ valid, reliable assessments and comply with industry testing standards. Specifically,• Lead psychometric analyses for different assessment programs, including item calibration, scaling, equating, scoring, standard settings, test security analyses, and validity/ reliability studies. • Apply the Generative AI and Machine Learning approach in automatic scoring and item generation to enhance operational processes and address measurement challenges. • Identify new procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency of psychometric analyses and visualize test results and assessment data. • Produce annual assessment reports, develop dashboards for transparent reporting, lead professional learning on assessment design and the instructional use of data, and guide stakeholders in aligning learning outcomes with instructional goals.• Regularly conduct quality assurance and quality control procedures and identify opportunities for improvement of quality and efficiency of psychometric workflow. • Lead numerous standard-setting with subject-matter experts to establish and validate cut scores.• Provide methodological support and feedback to the test development team on test design.• Present psychometric analysis results to clients and Technical Advisory Members in important meetings and professional assessment conferences.
