Apart from these, I handle multiple small day-to-day DA tasks :)> Company C0-C3 Pipeline & Dashboards- Centralized Reporting: Successfully migrated the organization from decentralized, manual tracking to a Single Source of Truth. This allows VPs and Founders to view the entire project lifecycle - from Ideation (C0) to Closed-Won (C3)- in one real-time view- Gap Analysis: Built automated tracking for Targets vs. Actuals, using math-based variance analysis to highlight exactly where projects are stalling in the pipeline- Efficiency Gains: Reduced manual data entry by 51% by using Google Apps Script to sync data across sheets and into Looker Studio for instant executive visibility- Tech Stack: Google Sheets, Apps Script, Looker Studio, In-House AI Dashboard (in progress)> North Star Metrics (NSM) & Social Growth Analytics- KPI Framework: Developed a \"North Star\" tracking system for major brands, moving beyond vanity metrics to focus on the numbers that actually drive business revenue (Instagram, Facebook, & LinkedIn)- Automated Exploration: Used Python to automate the processes of reporting, saving roughly 3-4 hours per week that were previously spent on manual audits- Trend Analysis: Calculating Growth Velocity and engagement patterns to help brands predict which content types will yield the highest ROI (Return on Investment)- Tech Stack: Sprout Social, Python (Pandas/NumPy), Google Sheets, In-House AI Dashboard.
