I am an Organizational Psychology practitioner and coach who has been working for almost two decades with software developers, engineers, and managers in the Defense sector creating solutions to optimize how work is done and how knowledge is shared. Through my work, I discovered the key to successful teams, projects and careers, was not on the technical knowledge alone. It lied on our application of “soft\" skills, those skills that makes us human. 🧠In my mission to create better workplaces with greater results, in 2020 I launched Hardcore Soft Skills, a platform which includes hundreds of resources including podcast (interviews with dozens of internationally recognized experts), courses, coaching and workshops.
