ABOUT YADIRA HICKEN
I received both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and I am a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. I am dedicated to developing and motivating my teams and fostering an environment of integrity & professionalism. I have experience advising Fortune 500 corporations, private equity funds, and other clients (both large and small) on complex domestic and cross-border tax matters related to M&A transactions. My experience includes tax modeling, tax due diligence, transaction tax planning and structuring, debt restructuring, and tax attribute modeling. In addition, I have exposure to pass-through entity structuring and capital account maintenance.As a US Navy veteran, I bring a unique perspective to my work, combining my team-oriented mindset and prior customer service background, with my intellectual curiosity.
