Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Logistics, and Inventory, to gather business requirements and define actionable system specifications.• Analyze end-to-end business operations and order fulfillment processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.• Work closely with IT and business teams to design and implement system enhancements that improve order processing, reduce chargebacks, and optimize inventory tracking.• Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ERP system (Oracle) upgrades, validating business logic, order processing flows, and reporting accuracy to ensure business continuity and process reliability.• Develop and maintain real-time KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to monitor order accuracy, inventory status, and processing times.• Build and optimize forecasting models for order volumes and warehouse capacity planning, supporting data-driven decision-making.• Document and communicate technical and business requirements to stakeholders, bridging the gap between business users and IT teams.• Conduct root-cause analysis of operational issues and propose system-level solutions to improve workflow efficiency.• Support continuous improvement initiatives by aligning business needs with system capabilities and recommending process enhancements.
