My key contributions include- Employee Payroll Coordination: Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for the project team- Preparation of Submittals & RFIs: handling the preparation and submission of project documents and Requests for Information- Shop Drawings Review: Assisting the Project Manager in the detailed review of shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and design requirements- Daily Progress Reporting: Crafting detailed daily reports on project progress, reflecting both challenges and achievements, to provide transparent updates to stakeholders- Material Delivery Management: Overseeing the coordination and documentation of material deliveries, ensuring the project remains on schedule and fully resourced.
