Working for a North American Financial institution as part of their Digital Core Engineering team and leading the team and operation for HCLTech.\\\\nNovember 2019 – present Toronto, Canada\\\\n\\\\nI take care of all new initiatives and improvement projects along with implementations, upgrades, migration, and new LOB/Application onboarding with a single CIAM infrastructure for the bank. Below are the key highlights of this project.\\\\n•I started this project for HCLTech and handled the complete transition for HCL smoothly and set up the operation team.\\\\n•I am managing and leading the team for HCL and taking care of operations & engineering for the complete CIAM team where we manage all IAM Security Domain for multiple, complex, and highly secure environments using ISAM10, ISDS6.4, and WebSphere Application Server along with a few other products and technologies.\\\\n•We have onboarded all the different LOBs of banks with a single CIAM platform.\\\\n•Automated end-to-end ISAM infrastructure builds using CI/CD which helps to build and set up the new infrastructure in a few clicks. That helps us to improve the timelines for various project deliveries. Have started this project with around 60+ servers and now we managing somewhere around 450+ CIAM/ISAM servers.\\\\n•We have automated WAS and SDS build along with a few other implementations like DT and ELK implementation.\\\\n•Successfully completed user migration projects multiple times where we have migrated millions of records in our ISDS.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
