Post my MBA, I have been working as a Design Thinking consultant for ~2 years, assisting global organizations to identify the goals that they wish to achieve and providing a plan of action to them. As part of my responsibilities, I have been involved in conducting DT workshops & spearheading client interactions/ discussions. These interactions have been crucial in assisting us in Empathizing with the client and Defining their core pain points. We then prioritize these pain points as per client requirements and leverage the different Business functions at Tech Mahindra to Ideate on possible solutions by bringing in diverse viewpoints in order to deliver actionable recommendations together with an implementation roadmap to our clients.With a total of ~4 years of experience under my belt having worked in both deployment and implementation as well as management consulting, I am now capable of assisting clients in making strategic decisions to their Digital Transformation roadmap considering their short, medium and long-term benefits.
