ABOUT YACINE CHIBANE
I\'m an experienced Business Architect and Programme Manager. My experience includes challenging engagements in professional services, private and public sectors, including regulated and government departments: The Financial Conduct Authority, The Department for Education and Skills, HMRC, The Home Office, Rolls Royce, Airbus and BAE Systems. I have a thorough understanding of business architectures, target operating models and enabling technologies. I built complete and successful business architectures aligning strategy to detailed processes, organisational structures and performance monitoring frameworks. I designed and implemented a state-of-the art target operating model for a leading aerospace company which resulted in a process-based organisation, free from silo mentalities and where value can be effectively driven through processes. I have a thorough understanding of programme management methodologies, resource management and supplier management such as HP, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes and SAP. I have managed highly complex and multi-cultural programmes in scope, time and within budgets. I delivered complex enterprise technologies for Rolls Royce consisting of three major systems and 20 other applications. I built an IT department for a start-up company and managed it successfully into a mature department with robust operational models. I bring in a vast and rich experience on many other fronts spanning workshop facilitation, tools, frameworks and methodologies, supplier management, understanding of multi-cultural and international relationships, KPI design and training preparation and delivery. I am trained on the Catalyst project management methodology and hold a TOGAF 9.1 and 2 certification. I have a PhD in Physics and a Cranfield Master’s in business and am fully trained on Lean and Six Sigma from a leading Japanese lean organisation. I have an extensive multi-national and multi-cultural experience acquired through projects in France, Slovakia, the UAE, India and Malaysia.
