   As a Principal Product Designer at Oracle, I focus on creating intuitive and impactful experiences for financial services products. I work closely with Product Management to deeply understand our users—their goals, challenges, and workflows—to design solutions that simplify complex processes. Through research-driven insights and iterative design, I ensure that every interaction is seamless, efficient, and aligned with user needs.Collaboration is at the heart of my work. I partner with fellow designers to craft cohesive and emotionally resonant experiences, with Engineering teams to bring designs to life, and with User Research to validate and refine our solutions. Beyond individual projects, I lead design critiques, stakeholder discussions, and customer demos to align our vision and drive product excellence.In addition to designing, I contribute to shaping Oracle’s UX strategy and design culture. I actively mentor designers, advocate for user-centered design practices, and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance design consistency. My goal is to not only deliver world-class experiences but also help foster a design-driven mindset within the organization.
