About Yaakov Green
I am a PGY-4 at Columbia Psychiatry, serving as Chief Resident and Interventional Psychiatry Fellow. My clinical focus is on neuromodulation and psychopharmacology, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), ketamine/esketamine, and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). Outside of clinical work, building on strategy and operations experience from my MBA and time at McKinsey & Co, I consult with Columbia’s Interventional Neurotherapeutics Program, where I have helped analyze, model, and plan the expansion of TMS and ketamine services. I also founded and lead the Interventional Psychiatry Consortium, a global education platform with over 450 members across 70+ institutions. I am seeking a role beginning July 2026 that combines interventional care, program development, and teaching. My long-term vision is to collaborate with institutions and colleagues to develop innovative models of interventional psychiatry, while advancing education to expand access to these treatments for patients who need them most.
