My career tapestry is filled with constant learning and bringing people together. I work closely with clients to establish work plans that move people from \"how to wow\". Whether we are in the beginning or end stages of working together - it\'s all about collaboration. As someone who values teamwork I ask questions steeped in partnership and curiosity. It\'s all about moving the needle.For four years I ran my own business while working with clients across Canada. The projects we built were a showcase of soft and technical skills coming together beautifully. Whether I was knee deep in code or not - I was always ready to solve the important problems. Being the advocate for my clients helped me develop strong leadership skills that I still use today.Outside of the office I work tirelessly in my community to make tech more accessible to more people.
