Monitor and investigate fraudulent transactions using software XBR, Tabular, Appriss, & Apis (e.g, return fraud, credit card fraud) Assisted in filing over 100+ external investigations and 5+ internal investigations, contributing to the recovery and prevention of approximately in company losses. Collect digital evidence and document case narratives to testify and prosecute all criminals in court who violate Nordstrom policies and procedures. Weekly RFID Internal que tasks; Investigate all possible internal opportunities such as Line Voids, Post Void, High Dollar Return,etc. Daily Merchandise Protection in each department to company policy standards. Assist and observe managerial responsibilities to strengthen leadership capabilities and support ongoing professional development within the organization. I proactively monitor for potential threats, de-escalate disturbances with professionalism, and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and orderly environment.
