Serve as the main human interface for software design and support between AAON and its representatives and internal • Receive software feature requests / design issues from the customer. Communicate with the customer to ensure proper documentation of their request/issue, for review by the Software Development Team and relevant Product Managers. • Document feature requests and user trends, and review them with the Software Development Team. • Monitor user trends, common issues, and customer needs, to assist in the direction of further Software Development efforts. • Receive software support calls for ECAT and other internal and external-facing AAON software. • Resolve the support calls, when possible, through user instruction, or redirect the call to appropriate development or data support when front-line support does not cover the issue. • Document software support issues for tracking.
