I want business owners to understand how important proper legal protection is and opportunities it generates. I left a legal career in Government to start my own firm because of the freedom entrepreneurship can provide when properly executed. As such, I work with new and established entrepreneurs to develop a concrete foundation to legally protect their brand. I spent time abroad and in Europe working on an advanced degree in International Intellectual Property (IIP), providing a unique advantage for my clients. I am a Los Angeles based attorney specializing in IP transactional and entertainment matters. I secure legal protection through trademark and copyright registration. As well as drafting and negotiating agreements on behalf of business owners and other creatives. I believe in forming strong business relationships and I am always open to expanding my network.
