As a SHRM Certified Professional, Xylia possesses relevant knowledge and competencies in human resources management and partners with management to offer business-oriented solutions. Born and raised on the island of O\'ahu, Xylia has family on Kau\'ai, San Diego, and abroad. Xylia has current experience in human resources management, staffing and recruitment. Xy\'s passion is innovating workflow solutions that matters to people and business across organizations. Self-driven by faith and excellence, she strives to make a difference in her everyday interactions and to sustain the human touch in Human Resources.
