Oversee day-to-day departmental operations related to communications and marketing to align with strategic initiatives and to meet established objectives. Develop and integrate marketing and social media plans to assist with executing Morgridge Center programming.3. Manage all Morgridge Center social media accounts and contribute content that reflects the center’s media tone, strategy, and engagement goals. Consistently maintain and evaluate the Morgridge Center’s website and its feature to ensure positive results and accessibility. Ensure and oversee Morgridge Center and UW-Madison desired image, brand identity and position — both in internal and external communications and marketing.6. Produce, develop, implement, and deliver marketing materials (video, audio, blog, Eloqua, social media) through various mediums to designated audiences7. Draft and disseminate communications (news, features, press releases, talking points) to the center’s constituents, including, but not limited to: alumni, donors, event attendees, students, and others as identified. Responsible for editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of promotional materials for events and outreach.9. Integrate and develop marketing tactics to marketing plan and analyze for improvement.10. Supervise and work collaboratively and routinely with two marketing interns — providing and assisting with student development and projects.11. Identify marketing opportunities through other university departments and community partners to help promote Morgridge Center programming.12. Serve as an liaison for various communications groups and campaigns on campus; Ex: BadgersVote, CommNS, and SuccessWorks.13. Serve as a key member in planning and executing the communication/marketing support and logistics for Morgridge Center events.
