Co-lead a cross-functional project with a third-party CDMO to develop an accessory device integrated with the Formulatrix F.A.S.T. platform, enabling fully automated SPEAR workflows3. Led the design and optimization of SPEAR reagent plates in collaboration with third party manufacturers to streamline SPEAR workflows, reduce reagent usage and costs, and improve the ease of use for end-users. Designed, implemented and optimized semi-automated workflows using advanced liquid handling system mainly Formulatrix FAST for reducing human error, increasing throughput, and improving operational flexibility5.
