ABOUT NHI KIEU

Highly motivated and results-oriented, I am a current undergraduate student pursuing a BSc in Accounting and Finance with Industrial Experience at the University of Exeter. With a passion for the financial world and eagerness to join the workforce, I am looking for placements in Financial Services. My professional journey began as a Sales Representative for R.Y.B Vietnam during the Vietnamese Tet Festival in London. Conducting comprehensive market research and devising sales strategies, I successfully promoted and sold key products, overseeing the logistics process and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, I had the opportunity to represent the company to a wide audience, including media interviews and engaging with wholesalers. During my study in the UK, I had a chance to become a member of the Food and Beverage department at Mercure Exeter Southgate Hotel. In this role, I provided exceptional customer service, collaborating closely with a team to ensure seamless dining experiences and high guest satisfaction. I honed my communication and multitasking skills while addressing customer queries, managing orders, and maintaining a clean and organised environment. While in high school, as Head Organiser of the Dance Y\'All Competition in Vietnam, I showcased my leadership and organisational skills. Managing a team of 30 members, I successfully coordinated venue arrangements, secured sponsorships, and implemented cross-departmental collaboration. Through strategic PR activities and celebrity guest invitations, I exceeded audience expectations and achieved remarkable event outcomes. What motivates me toward roles in financial sector is my interest in numeracy and analysing matters. Beside school and work, I love going for a walk and appreciate the beauty of nature.
