Manage Promotions and Event Production for cultural experiences at Deep Space Gallery/The Hive Goods JC, and AndCo co-working office. Events include sustainable fashion events including seasonal sustainable fashion (i.e. Xtina’s Swaps), art show receptions, artist workshops, comedy nights, musical performances, holiday/themed pop-up markets and private collector events. Responsibilities constantly evolve to the processes that Xtina identities, experiments/troubleshoots and tests for solutions.Collaborate with gallerists, artists and local business partners to increase ROI, and identify growth opportunities.
