It made me see how much hidden potential is overlooked simply because it doesn’t fit outdated definitions of success. The reality? Some of the most innovative, insightful, and game-changing leaders think and operate differently. Yet organizations are still using the same old playbook to assess talent, measure impact, and define leadership.
