BAFTA/ FILM Chosen as a BAFTA Scholar to study a Masters in TV Journalism/Documentary Filmmaking. I\'m on the BAFTA website under the UK Scholars. My film \'Silence\' focused on sexual abuse and mental health experienced by British Black men. BROADCAST Selected by CNN to present a newscast from their 24-hour newsroom. Previous manager and DJ at Shoreditch Radio. Creator of award-winning show ‘Shoreditch Unsigned’ now called \'Xsara\'s Xtra\' celebrating UK music. It has gained sponsorship from AIM (Association of Independent Music) and IK Multimedia. I\'ve covered festivals Citadel, Boardmasters, Liverpool Sound City and been on SKY TV. I\'ve been on the Judging panel for The Coffee Music Project London twice and helped choose a support act for Ed Sheeran\'s last date on his Divide World Tour. MUSIC BUSINESS 13 years+ in the music industry, independent record labels, PR and music-tech start-ups. Studied an MMBE (Managing a Music Business Enterprise) at The Music Business School. Was a feedback host for the BBC Introducing Live AIM A&R panel as well as at the Roundhouse\'s Music Industry Insight Day. EDITORIAL Past Yacht Editor-in-Chief. Covering the superyacht industry for high net worth readers. Creating content, developing relationships, generating revenue and brand partnerships. CREATIVE Music played on BBC Introducing 8 times, Q magazine, Latitude Festival, Computer Music Magazine, released DIY independently 5 times. E.P \'Alien\' set for release in 2019. Vocal Diploma at BIMM London, Millinery certificate YOUTH Past Course Manager for the Vocal Artist Diploma at Access Creative College Shoreditch. Previously ran project funded by BBC Children In Need, £76,477 annual budget, supporting carers aged 5-15 yrs. Qualified to run KidsTime workshops, PGCert in Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counselling at University Of Cambridge, BA Degree in Sociology, Emergency First Aid, Safeguarding & Child Sexual Exploitation training.
