I’m a host, lead producer, and communications strategist specializing in editorial direction, multimedia storytelling, and on-air talent work across news, culture, and mission-driven media.I currently host and produce COCINA’s first-ever video podcast, Takeout & Talk - a culturally-driven chat show were I interview tastemakers over delivery. It’s my second show launch this year, following KQED’s award-winning Hyphenación (Signal Award, SPJ Award, SF Press Club Award), the NPR station’s founding video podcast, which I built from the ground up - developing its editorial vision, show format, production workflow, and distribution strategy.In addition, I serve as the Director of Communications for Pride House SF, where I lead our communications strategy, brand positioning, messaging framework, media relations, and marketing campaigns aimed at supporting LGBTQ sports fans in the Bay Area.My career spans 15+ years of editorial, production, and on-air experience, including roles at SiriusXM (live talk show host, producer, breaking news anchor) and Lemonada Media, where I served as a showrunner overseeing content development, narrative structure, cross-functional production, and multi-platform distribution.My work and advocacy have been featured on ABC News, MSNBC, NPR, PBS, CBC, Fox News, and more.
