Hola! I’m Xochitl, a people-first Program Manager at HP, leading the Enterprise Operations Talent Accelerator Program (TAP), where I help develop the next generation of supply chain and digital leaders. I began my career in education as a math teacher and later an instructional specialist at the district level, focusing on teacher development through learner-centered coaching and data-driven strategies. That foundation shaped my passion for human-centered development, continuous improvement, and scalable impact. Today, I design and lead early career programs across internships, rotations, and apprenticeships, serving as a trusted partner to participants, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
