I thrive in dynamic and challenging professional working environments, which has lead to success throughout my career. I am assertive and enthusiastic with extensive knowledge of engineering design process including the development of research, prototypes, cost-saving initiatives and production processes. I am passionate about driving improvement in efficiency while maintaining quality which has led to success throughout my roles as Product Design Engineer, Technical Consultant and Program Manager, and Reactive Problem Solving Lead (current role). Leading, mentoring, and coaching have always been something I excel at, and I am grateful to get to do just that in person or virtually as part of my current position with engineers throughout Michigan, Italy, Mexico and Argentina (in Spanish). My diverse, multi-cultural background has developed me into a curious individual who loves to learn. More than just learning, I love applying what I have learned during my travels, studies, and through my continuous job experiences. I am fluent in Spanish and English, and conversational (A2/B1) in French.
