About Xinyu Lin
As a UX Researcher II at Emburse, I conduct generative and evaluative research to inform and improve the design of expense management solutions. I apply my Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Master\'s degree and my mixed-methods expertise to use various tools and techniques, such as semi-structured interviews, surveys, card sorting, contextual inquiry, usability testing, co-design, and cultural probes. With a background in Special Education and Elementary Education, I am passionate about creating inclusive and accessible learning experiences for diverse users. I have designed career guide interfaces, built animations for math questions, and evaluated prototypes using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
