   Developed and launched a Central Operation(CO) risk-management tool for Large Scale Events(LSEs)- Designed and implemented features that will detect and alarm LSEs, and provide aggregated real-time metrics (order status, operational metrics, tech system’s health) to COs- Launched for 4 grocery business lines (Whole Foods Market, Fresh, etc.) in over sites globally (North America, Europe and Far East)- Estimate to reduce LSE detection time by 92.8%, and reduce time of identifying impacted customer ordering by 90.9%. Mitigate customer impact for at least orders each year.2. Developed and launched a case management application that integrates cross organizations - Implemented features that enables the Global Support Experience (GSX) team to provide support for associates, drivers and merchants through calls and cases- Developed a feature that enables GSX to handle customer orders that need replacement or undelivered within the promised time window- Received and helped over calls from associates and handled over abnormal orders every month.3. Developed and launched a Central Operation(CO) task-management tool - Designed and implemented components that allows PMs and COs to create tasks (recurring, non-recurring, and event based), orchestrate and assign tasks to target associate groups- Triggered and actioned over 4.6 million tasks per month across 11 businesses.
