Work with our Construction Estimators and Director of Construction to estimate or bid potential work. Assists the estimating team in soliciting subcontractor pricing, quantities, scope input or cost development as necessary.Once contract is executed, assists assigned Project Manager and other Nautilus team members with tasks as necessary to ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction. Assists with client relations, project logistics, input, etc. Periodically checks in on ongoing construction projects and assures client needs and expectations are being met. Communicates feedback to Project Manager and Nautilus staff. Assists in managing issues that arise through course of construction. Assists the project team with communication and response strategies when problems during construction arise.
