Champion and lead a team of strategic planning and grants management specialists. Support the mission and vision of PGCPS leadership by leading and facilitating the development of PGCPS\' strategic plan, priorities, and improvement strategies through disciplined strategic planning; enable student achievement by maximizing grant funding acquisition through competitive grants development; and support central office staff by fostering a culture of grants accountability, compliance, and retention through effective grant management. Partner with data strategists to generate inspiring data driven insights that impact planning and our internal agency thinking. Support organization wide learning efforts to ensure a deep understanding of students, teachers, and stakeholders behavior and the social landscape and identify relevant emerging trends. Collaborate with Executive and Senior leadership and offices district-wide in support of strategic planning, leadership, and concept development efforts. Develop systems and processes for progress monitoring goals and identifies potential barriers to progress. Track progress and ensures accurate, transparent, and on-time reporting and analysis of progress and performance results to internal stakeholders through the creation and maintenance of dashboards and monthly progress meetings Identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and proposes strategy adjustments to improve coordination, communication, and mitigate or avoid future risks.
