Pursuing after my flying dream and ambition, joined IATA Legal Services in 2011, really have been working with aviation and legal talents to support IATA\'s airline members to fly safer and better. Before joining IATA, worked with Legal Bureau of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and a national aviation regulator -Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC), giving me an angle and perspective to understand and enhance business compliance from the ground. During the decades of aviation experience, broadly participated in the work of drafting, adopting and ratifying a few international air law treaties and instruments including the Montreal Convention of Fully facinated in studying, writing and presenting the legal and regulatory issues in relation to aviaiton and other modes of transportation.
