I’m a talent development leader that designs learning, tools, and coaching that are grounded in real operations—so they actually get used and make work easier for the people doing it. I’m known for solutions that make the right things happen.Right now, I’m a Franchise Business Coach for an emerging franchise brand. Part of my work is shaping how we support owners: what we look at, how we coach, and what performance tools and training we put in their hands. I partner with our CEO and COO to find ways to support our franchisee’s operations and performance so their teams can deliver consistently and grow. This role combines both sides of my experience: big-company talent and systems work with hands-on franchise operations. I like being close to the field, solving real problems with owners, and building solutions that make performance easier to achieve and repeat.Before this, I led learning and talent initiatives for a rapidly growing organization of employees. I built leadership development programs and led the Learning & Talent transition to Workday. The common thread was aligning tools, training, and operations at scale so people could do their jobs more effectively.Earlier in my career, I supported organizations in a variety of projects: •As Director of Training & Education for Pizza Patron I designed training and QA approaches that increased LMS utilization by 70% and boosted engagement in our guest experience platform by 80%.•As a Regional Market Leader at Schlotzsky’s, I improved food safety rankings and brand reputation through targeted training and performance coaching.•At Smoothie King, I redesigned audit and QA programs that strengthened franchisor and franchisee relationships.
