With over a decade of experience, my mission has been to revolutionize the food technology sector, focusing on protein process development and bioinformatics. At Impossible Foods, I was dedicated to aligning my goals with the company\'s vision of sustainability and innovation. My expertise in protein isolation, pilot plant production, and ingredient incubation programs reflects a deep commitment to improving food quality and environmental impact. My skills in AWS and deep learning have empowered our team to push boundaries in food science.My most recent work as a Research Fellow at Impossible Foods entailed leading the Protein and Bioinformatics team to invent and commercialize novel plant-based food products. We successfully developed a groundbreaking protein isolation process, significantly contributing to Series F and G funding rounds. Additionally, my ability to build data and NGS processing pipelines streamlined our research efforts, enhancing our capacity to innovate. My role in launching new products and fostering collaborations with CROs has been pivotal in advancing the organization\'s mission.
