ABOUT XIN JIANG

Hi, my name is Xin Jiang! I\'m currently seeking 2026 new grad SWE roles in fullstack, backend development. My career aspiration is to become a software engineer, as I find working in a creative and team-oriented setting incredibly appealing. To meet the evolving requirements of the tech industry, I aim to continuously enhance my skills, especially in various programming languages and technical tools, so that I can develop applications effectively. I’m also skilled in fullstack development and database optimization, which allows me to improve application performance. In addition, I have a strong enthusiasm for learning new technologies to continually improve my skills. Beyond work, I enjoy hiking, swimming, and singing, as these activities keep me active and balanced. I place a high value on teamwork and collaboration, believing that the best ideas come from working together and learning from each other’s strengths. My curiosity drives me to explore and learn, whether it’s a new programming language or a fresh approach to projects, and I\'m willing to understand it and see how it can benefit my work. My coworkers and friends would likely describe me as someone with a strong desire to learn and grow, constantly exploring new techniques and sharing insights with those around me. Beyond technical skills, they see me as a problem-solver who adapts quickly to new environments.
