Expertise in Protein Expression, Protein Purification and Characterization, Biophysics Assays (TSA, SPR, ITC, MST, etc.), Biochemical Assays, Screening (HTS, FBLD, DEL, etc.), Protein Crystallography, cryo-EM, and Computational Modeling. Proven track record in Structure Based Discovery and Development for Both Small Molecules (targeting enzymes, protein-protein interactions, and membrane proteins), Hybrid molecules (such as siRNAs), and Large Molecules (such as antibodies) therapeutics, Led a group of 12 protein chemists and structural biologists (at Cambridge, MA & South San Francisco, CA) to provide strong and timely protein and structural (crystallographic and cryo-EM) support of Amgen projects and platforms.
