I also actively collaborate with faculty and university committees to propose constructive solutions to academic and welfare concerns. I also help promoting inclusivity and engagement within the School of Law by encouraging open dialogue and organising community-building initiatives. As a result, I am able to enhance transparency between students and staff, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and fostering a stronger sense of belonging across the law community.

ABOUT XIN ERN ILEX TEOW
As a second-year law student at the University of Leeds, I am driven by a passion for solving complex legal challenges and advocating for fairness and justice. Through hands-on experience in legal research and pro bono work, I have developed a strong foundation in drafting legal reports and providing practical support to communities in need. My involvement in a diverse range of simulation projects with prestigious law firms has honed my critical thinking and negotiation skills. Outside of my studies, I enjoy volunteering, learning new languages, and exploring different cultures. I am always open to connecting with others in the legal field to exchange insights and collaborate on meaningful projects.
