   As Chair of the Digital Council and with support from my colleagues, I have been responsible for the research, development, design, and publishing of AFLAC\'s first Design System. This centralized resource provides user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) guidelines and standards that enhance customer experience, enable customer-centricity, accelerate software development, and significantly reduce cost. • Led the curriculum development and expansion of Design Thinking, Customer Experience (CX), and Empathy training from developers and product owners to customer service leaders and the Brand team. To date, I have trained more than 150 Aflac employees on CX/UX best practices and design thinking, including awareness of the CX artifacts library and the brand and digital design system an average instructor assessment satisfaction score of 4.8/5.0 by trainees.) By developing the curriculum and delivering the training in-house, I eliminated the need to budget for external training, optimizing talent and processes while promoting customer-centric values at Aflac. • Introduced the Digital Experience Index, a framework and innovative methodology to assess capabilities of digital platforms against users\' expectations. This framework is now being used for strategy and road map prioritization and is being developed for use as an adoption and governance tool. • Using my expertise in the Spanish language, I have provided reviews and feedback to ensure a positive customer experience for Aflac\'s Spanish-speaking constituents.
