My work style is rooted in clarity, autonomy, and iterative progress. Before diving into execution, my absolute priority is aligning with stakeholders on what we’re trying to accomplish and by when, and most importantly, defining what success looks like upfront. As long as I have those clear parameters, I operate very independently and actively seek opportunities to think outside the box to find the most efficient path forward. Coming from an extensive Agile background, I firmly believe in failing fast—it’s crucial that my team and I learn quickly from missteps so we can pivot early, adapt the approach, and maintain continuous, iterative progress toward our goals.While I can drive projects autonomously, my true strength is in collaboration and servant leadership. I love being part of a team and truly enjoy the process of making other people’s jobs easier, whether that’s through refining process improvements or proactively providing support—what I call giving my teammates an “alley-oop” at every possible opportunity. My organizational acumen and attention to detail ensure I can manage competing priorities like documentation and deliverable tracking, but my main focus is always on fostering clear communication and accountability across the team. This collaborative, solution-focused mindset helps me thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle both coordination and project leadership responsibilities.
