Involve in full cycle of recruitment process, from understanding clients\' business needs to find the most qualified IT professionals for client\'s requirements, making placements for qualified candidates to go on projects.• Analyze clients\' requirements and use multiple ways (job portals, social media, Boolean search, referrals, campus career fair, etc.) to source and screen talent in order to find the best matches• Partner and meet with account managers to assess hiring requirements and collaborate on recruiting activities• Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, skills, competencies, knowledge, personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification and selection • Validate and lock down candidate\'s commitment to new position reviewing all possible avenues for applicant hesitation• Take charge of campus recruiting and perform research and analysis on school data, demographics, school ratings, previous recruiting statistics• Attend career fairs at universities nationwide to build up talent pool and recruit potential employees for job openings or training programs• Responsible for continuously updating and maintaining recruiter database for daily activity pipeline management and forecasting data using BullHorn ATS (Applicant Tracking System)• Negotiate appropriate contract rates and benefit details for open positions with applicants and clients• Provide process info to H1B candidates for H1B transfer• Assist consultants with resume and interview preparation to better ensure the skills/abilities qualified for open positions• Prepare offer, new hire paperwork, and comply consistently with all company\'s regulations• Build and maintain contractor relationships through business lunches, paycheck delivery, and out of office activities• Use Excel to generate report of submissions, new added/total employee headcount, and adjust performance based on the report
