About Xiaozhi Wang
Wang Xiaozhi, born in Xi\'an of Shaanxi Province in China, is currently a graduate student at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, major in Development Practice. Before pursuing a master degree at SIPA, she just graduated from Yuanpei College, Peking University, majoring in International Studies. She was once an intern in UNDP-China at the UN Volunteer Office, a research assistant in Center for African Studies, Peking University. She also did volunteering and internship in Cameroon, Brazil and Chinese local communities. Her major focus is on international development, international organizations, social policy, non-governmental organizations, cooperation social responsibility and so on. She has several years\' research experience on volunteerism and its mechanism. She is a person with abundant international experiences and research experiences, can easily adapt to multi-cultural and diverse circumstances with a strong passion in exploring new possibilities. And she\'s enthusiastic about seeking a life-long career in international organizations concerning human development.
