Summary: • Analytical Sciences Team Lead (ASTL): Lead analytical sciences team to support pivotal-stage program• Actively support analytical process development for various antibody modalities, by leading the analytical method development and qualification/validation, analytical technology transfer, product characterization, reference standard characterization, as well as BLA filings• Collaborate with cell culture, purification, formulation, and quality departments on the design of process characterization, release and stability, as well as comparability studies. Serve as a subject matter expert for the data analysis and investigation. • Manage and supervise project team members upon protocol drafting, data interpretation, and result reporting of various analytical methods • Develop and qualify novel LC-MS or LC-MS/MS based assays, such as Multi-Attribute Method (MAM), reduced/non-reduced peptide mapping, and intact mass analysis, for release and stability testing, product characterization, sequence variant analysis, degradation pathway, and comparability studies• Initiated the development of an innovative mass-spectrometry-based method to map all the disulfide linkages in antibodies
