Earlier in my career as a strategist and facilitator, I kept seeing the same pattern: even brilliant teams with a solid strategy would still get stuck. Not because they weren’t committed, but because they weren’t aligned. Everyone worked hard, just in different directions.The more rooms I was in, the more I realized the real work was helping leaders and teams navigate differences clearly and productively, and build convergence when the stakes are high.I became obsessed with how people move through tension, disagreement, and complexity without losing momentum. So I went deep into the worlds of organizational development, conflict mediation, nonviolent communication, service design, and even couples therapy. I\'ve adapted what works into practical tools for high-pressure corporate environments.Today, through my practice Hello Parts, I help leadership teams do the difficult (and necessary) work of aligning under pressure.Because when the parts are aligned, everything moves faster.
