About Xiaowei Zhang
I am a master\'s student majoring in CS here at Northeastern University - Seattle as well as an enthusiast of artificial intelligence and machine learning focused on natural language processing.Before coming to Seattle, I spent several years at Rutgers University, figuring out where my passion lies. I researched at Rutgers Intelligent Visual Interfaces Lab, building an interactive conversational agent. I also did some software engineering work at the Rutgers Blueprint student club and interned at Xi’an Fluid-Structure Software Technology company. Those invaluable experiences not only honed my technical skills of researching, coding, and problem-solving but also guided me step-by-step to find who I am and what I am passionate about.My future goal lies in filling the gap between machine learning research and industry. Just like those thousands of pioneers advancing the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning day and night, I hope to join them and turn their amazing research ideas into products that could benefit everyone using my skills in machine learning and software engineering.Stay Curious, and Stay Inspired!
