Oversees and supports the full-cycle recruitment process, from the review of job position description to the facilitation of the on-boarding process of the new staff. Develops creative ideas and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals and a diverse talent pool.(i.e, social media, employee referrals, direct contact recruiting, internet data mining, job boards, and internal/external networks Improve recruitment process by collaborating with the hiring teams/HRBPs to advice sourcing and outreach strategies, creating attractive career page. Collaborate with communication team on recruitment related videos in order to build a better employer branding and to attract global talent Gather feedback from new hires and hiring managers and utilize data to refine and improve recruitment processes Improve the onboarding process and improve new joiners’ experiences by delivering orientation quarterly and analysis the orientation survey.
