About Xiaohang Luo
I study how adolescents develop leadership in contexts of institutional change and AI transformation, and what that means for schools, systems, and societies. Based across Boston, Philadelphia, Hong Kong, and Chengdu, I work at the intersection of developmental psychology, AI governance, and educational leadership, with policy collaborations spanning China, U.S, Singapore, and the Global South. I also direct a cross-national research lab and advise educational systems and organizations navigating AI integration in education.
