Responsible for European supplier quality management - Participate to define and fine-tune Europe supplier quality management strategy, establish engagement and build relationship with Europe supplier quality and technology related management - Implement the quality strategy of HQ and make/implement annual European supplier’s quality improvement plan - Support of new supplier sourcing, selection and approval process in close cooperation with HQ R&D, Engineering and Procurement - Take responsibility for the planning and implementation of supplier audits as well as for the evaluation of the results and the tracking of supplier‘s corrective actions - Organize and drive suppliers to quickly solve quality problems and reduce supply impact, closely working with HQ manufacturing team, R&D team, procurement team - Work closely with Europe suppliers in close collaboration with Huawei global team to improve supplier performances and capability
