I joined the Capital Delivery - London Non-Infrastructure Technical Assurance/Project Engineering team in order to re-enter TW\'s re-established engineering stream. My main responsibilities as listed:• Established the process “de-risk” strategy and template and integrated with other engineering disciplines de-risk strategies, which formed the standard Project Brief de-risk tool for the wider CD-LNI-TA team.• Provide process engineering expertise to support the \"de-risk\" procedure, by identifying both risks and opportunities with in-depth process assessment to improve the delivery efficiency & effectiveness of various projects.• Lead weekly Process Q&A sessions and provide problem-solving to specific and general process engineering questions derived from solution development, project delivery and site operation (audience covering Capital Delivery, Asset & Engineering, Operations, Innovation, etc.). • Plan training strategy and deliver workshops & trainings to improve wider teams’ understanding on wastewater process engineering and its interlinkage with other engineering disciplines, and to promote holistic approach in solution development and project delivery (audience covering Capital Delivery, Asset & Engineering, Operations, Innovation, etc.). • Continue as the Chair of Thames Water CIWEM Committee to support employees across the business to pursue chartership and personal development; and lead re-launch of CIWEM committee including SharePoint design, proposal of “route to chartership” event, etc.
