From starting as an intern in 2013 to leading two Agile Scrum teams today, my 12+ year journey at Collins Aerospace has been about growth, collaboration, and unlocking the power of data. I’ve built and designed data solutions across the spectrum—from engineering pipelines to executive-ready visualizations—always with a focus on connecting business needs to technical execution.Currently, I manage and coach 20+ talented professionals across two Scrum teams, serving as Scrum Master and Team Coach. At the same time, I continue my role as a business analyst, bridging the gap between data teams and business stakeholders.
